RETURN POLICIES

Any item may be returned for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase/delivery, if it has not been washed or worn. Please make sure to try diapers on your baby before washing them. Please note that we can not accept items on return that have been worn, washed, damaged, or that smell from cigarette smoke. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if free shipping was applied to the purchase. We encourage you to purchase delivery insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions. Please Note: All orders are final once submitted. If your order has not shipped yet and you wish to cancel it, we will charge a 5% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the package. If you would like to recieve a tracking number please ask us to e-mail it to you via our contact us page.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY SHIPMENT?

Your order will be shipped within 24hrs on business days (We do not ship on weekends). We will notify you when your order has been shipped. NOTE: We only offer items that we have in stock to insure that you recieve the items you ordered in a timely fashion (ie. we do not drop ship). If you would like to add items to your order that are not in-stock, we are always willing to do so, with the understanding that special ordered items do take longer to arrive.

Defective Item
