Hello! Thank you for visiting Diaper Diggs. My name is Michele McKee. I turned 40 this year and it's the best age ever! I am a stay at home Mom. I have a beautiful baby boy named Jacob, who was born on August 2nd, 2007. I have a wonderful husband named Will, who I have been married to for 4 1/2 years. We also have 2 very cute dogs, Baxter and Marley. We have recently moved to a supper community called Westchase in Tampa Florida.

I started out using disposable diapers for the first couple of months that Jake was born but every time I threw a dirty diaper in the trash I thought about the trees used to make the diaper, and I thought about the amount of waste filling our landfills. Then I read about the chemicals found in disposable diapers and I worried about what affects they may be doing. That's when I made the decision that my son was not going to wear disposables any more. After going to cloth I wondered why anyone would use disposables so I set out to help others make a better choice for their little ones and for our planet.

There are many choices you have when it comes to cloth diapers and it can be overwhelming at first. I have found Thirsties diapers to be my favorite overall diaper.
